Most interviews are conducted by panel and often involve a selection from pre-prepared list of questions, although some also involve some kind of performance testing as well. It's usually a lengthy process, so except for positions where they have an urgent need, don't expect quick results. Most are planned and organized through their in-house HR department.

The interviewer was professional on time and described job tasks, day to day activities, expectations, benefits, and culture well. Questions asked were standard. Overall the process was smooth, and well organized.

Entretien
First interviewed with the Chief of Staff and then with the executive I’ll be supporting. Interviews were each 30 mins, very warm and conversational. Video calls. Equal time spent explaining the position as much as asking me about myself to make sure it was a good fit both ways.
