Very long and time consuming, Multiple rounds of job interviews and/or other candidate selection methods may be used where there are many candidates or the job is particularly challenging or desirable. Earlier rounds sometimes called 'screening interviews' may involve fewer staff from the employers and will typically be much shorter and less in-depth.

The process was long. Alot of 2-3 part questions and answers. It was a panel interview, and you have more than one person asking you questions. Not intimidating but of course there is alot of nerves. I think there should be more general questions to the approach, so you truly get a sense of the person you are interviewing.
