The interviewer started on time, introduced themselves, and gave a brief overview of the role and the company so I knew what to expect. The questions were clear and relevant to the job, and I was able to answer them using specific examples from my past experience. For instance, when asked about handling challenges, I explained a situation where I had to manage a tight deadline, what actions I took, and the positive result that followed. The interviewer listened carefully, asked follow-up questions, and kept the conversation engaging rather than stressful. I was also given time to ask my own questions about the team and the work environment, and the answers were honest and helpful.

Process was smooth but they leave you high and dry once its done. Very smooth process from recruiter thru the entire time up until the last interview and you don't hear from them for weeks.
