The interview was in person with the team; they ghosted me, after which I'm not upset about it, as I didn't think I would mix well in the environment. I have applied to many positions and only got selected to interview 2x, as big as the company is, thats kind of ridiculous.

The process is very long, even getting a response for the first interview can take a month. When you get the interview you can expect another month wait before you receive a response
