All written communication was through LinkedIn messaging, not email, which was a bit unprofessional. Had to take 3 tests - cognitive, personality, & Excel, before phone screen was to be scheduled (red flag). I was asked for salary requirements by a non-HR employee who admittedly had no involvement in pay/benefits.
