Very long and convoluted interview process that start at unconventional times. I had to do multiple coding challenges at 7 am and hop on calls with their remote employees to go through the code. I also did their "Day in the Office" type of interview starting at 9 am and I only left at 11 pm that day exhausted. It was not a company I see myself working in.
