3 Step Process. Phone call, Video Call, Culture Fit Interview. Very comfortable conversation. Not totally getting grilled. Just need to know what you're talking about. Would not stress out too much before hand. Just be honest and bring some personality to it. Don't be afraid to joke around some.

Question 1
Focus on past sales experience. What do you know about the company (give an elevator pitch from what you understand) and why might you succeed, etc
Culture interview is not technical. More just about what you like about yourself, what you don't what offends you, some basic math/riddles etc. Just making sure you're not a total narc pretty much.

Entretien
Four step process (two phone and two in-person). The first calls were from the recruiter and then the dept. supervisor. The first in person meeting was in person in the Atlanta office to meet with the dept supervisor and the team manager. The final interview was in person and is mostly for personality and culture fit.

Very different. Very broad in their questions and directions. Fun in many aspects and a bit odd in other. It as the most entertaining interview I have ever experienced and really made me focus more on the depth of the Q's.
