Automated online coding test via codility. You have 50 minutes to complete the test. They do provide a sample test before you start and assure you that 50 minutes is way too much for this test. This is misleading. You can write the code in well under 50 minutes. However, when you submit the test they run 100 test cases ( I'm not kidding ). These test cases go way beyond the original problem description. I'm not sure what the expectation is.

[program name] --COUNT [INTVALUE] --NAME [STRING VALUE] --HELP
They can be in any order. If help is typed it always takes precedence. There were some additional rules mentioned in the problem description and several hidden rules which were not mentioned.

Entretien
Initial contact, a coding exercise to be completed at home, a phone screen, a 3-4 hour in person interview including a coding test (.net web api/ async/ entity framework ), technical discussion of previous projects, and more casual discussion of kabbage and what was looking for. Then a second in person with one of the founders, a kabbage-head, to determine culture fit.

The process has two stages : tech and personal. Very sufficient and entertaining. Technical part covered csharp. Completed white board code task. Was asked about my former positions and exprience
