you meet with 4 people (manger, HR, and two coworkers) in a small room and they ask pretty typical interview questions about relevant experience, about yourself, how well you work in a team, etc. it was pretty intimidating to meet with 4 people in a small room and have them all stare at you for an answer. i think it would’ve been better to meet with just a manager and HR. you also have to do a writing sample. after this initial interview, you’ll meet with the CEO who basically just sees if you look and talk the part. weird meeting for sure
