Ka'Chava does not handle the interviews until the end of the process. They have a 3rd party consulting service select candidates and conduct interviews. The process is very confusing and not explained thoroughly to the candidate. The 3rd party is located in London, which made it difficult to schedule a time to interview and communicate in a timely fashion. The process took 15 weeks. After the 5th, and thankfully final, interview I had to reach out to 4 different people from 2 different companies to hear my status and if I would be moving along in the process. Finally, heard back from Ka’Chava directly. Never heard back from the 3rd party consultant. As for the interviews, the owner of the company seemed more interested in getting tips and pointers on advertising than actually interviewing. Almost like it was a free consulting meeting instead of an interview. I wasn’t even asked any of the list of questions I was sent the day of the interview. The whole company seemed unorganized and unprofessional. I have to believe I dodged a bullet there.
