Entretien
It was a one on one interview though training was with a much larger group. After learning how to do the calls and the structure of the office we went through mock calls. After a couple of these, your performance is assessed by the managers and you are notified soon if you are hired. It seems that they hire almost anyone who is comfortable talking on the phone. Anyone can do this job, one just needs training first.

Entretien
We picked a time to interview and interviewed in small groups of about 4. They had us do a mock sales call based on a pre written script. The interview is actually fun if you relax and enjoy the process.

What do you say if a caller says they don't to donate to the school because they don't like the direction it is heading in
