Quick and efficient process. Offered the position a few weeks later but turned it down because it was not the right fit. One interview was more soft questions and the other one felt more like technical questions.
Background Interview with HR and then there's a case study. There will be two round of user interview, first one with Managers and then with Director and Partner. The interview is pretty common, talking about the understanding about M&A process, valuation and industry knowledge.
