The HR lady was nice at first, I aced the first two rounds. But when it came to the final interview with the boss of the section, I messed it up because I was extremely anxious and so they ended up not hiring me. Also I think the boss thought I was weird, because he was looking at me as if I was an imbecile. Then instead of the HR lady calling me directly, she told an intern to call me, which was disappointing. I would have preferred if she told it to me face to face.

1st stage is a chat with the HR person about your background. 2nd stage is an inteview with the team - behavioural and technical type questions. 3rd stage is a chat with the partner - still be prepared for behavioural and technical type questions.
