My Interview with the team lead was pretty standard. I was asked to walk them thorough my resume/ career background, a time I had to navigate a difficult situation and about the skills I’m looking to develop.

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.

Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
