Following this, I was invited to participate in a more detailed interview with the hiring manager. This second conversation delved deeper into my skills, responsibilities related to the position, and how my past experiences could contribute to the company's objectives. Throughout the process, I felt that both stages were designed to ensure a strong fit between my capabilities and the role.
