The whole application process is quite quick compared to other big corps, no video interview which I appreciate cause it's really awkward. Psychometric testing was really fun it felt less like an assessment. Interviewers were friendly, sticked to a given set of questions regardless of line of business but did give me 1-2 questions based on my own resume. Overall good experience.

Relatively straightforward with standardised application process followed by aptitude tests. Unlike investment banking roles, the maths test was not timed, so spend lots of time just practicing the styles of questions. After the aptitude tests, there is a self-interview process where you have to answer questions on the screen and your answers are recorded. There was a long wait then until the final interview stage, which is a half-day interactive session with other shortlisted candidates.
