The inquiry morphed, delving deeper into the candidate's rationale for choosing KPMG, unraveling layers of motivations and expectations. Lastly, the horizon of the candidate's future unfurled before them, encapsulated in the final question probing, "Where do you see yourself in the future?" A moment of projection, where dreams collided with pragmatism, shaping the trajectory of the candidate's professional voyage. Each question, a portal into the essence of the candidate, poised on the precipice of a promising career path.

I went to the assessment centre which was the last stage in the graduate audit scheme. We first had an assessed group exercise (involving 4 people including yourself). We were given a topic and had to recommend which path KPMG should go down and then a partner interview which lasts around 30/40 mins
