It have 3 stages of interview. first stages is phone call from HR either their they want to proceed to iv or not. then iv with manager. you have a group discussion and need to present in front of managers. then you need write an essay regarding leadership. last but not least, i have one-to-one session interview with managers. a lot of technical questions that were asked. so need to be prepared on the possible questions.

Introduce yourself? technical questions related to provisions.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
