Interview is straightforward with both technical and non technical assessment, there are three stages of interviews, which includes interview the human resource department, the divison head (technical), and the user interview.

Went for 3 rounds of Interview, first round is technical question with 3 people.
2nd round is non technical but behaviour question.
3rd round is with the partner
Offered is received however, I shared the same sentiment to the below interviewee and decided not to pick up the offer.

more interested in your technical skills,keep harping on it and when u cannot answer did not even try to make the situation less tense and say ur skills is lower than a intern. Indian Foregin talent with CEH AND CISSP asking you an OSCP to try harder. LOL.
