Interviewer wasn't on camera even though the person was my future boss. Didn't get to see my boss for 2 months untill it was an in person professional event hosted by the company.

Applied through third party site, got an email one week later. Took some tests, 2 psychometric, 1 numerical, 1 reading. Got a call few days later for interview to be scheduled following week.
Interview consisted of case study essay (45 mins) and one on one talk with Manager.
Overall process lasted about 2 hours.
