      Entretien

      L1 round: Basic questions to get to know you better which domain and technology you have worked on and how acquainted you are. L2 round:2 Coding problems, along with questions related to java,Spring,hibernate,Cloud. (might differ for you according to your CV) HR round: Your typical HR round. Why you want to join KPMG? What are your expectations? Salary negotiation - My expected CTC is not in their budget. One suggestion, do not take candidature ahead if expected CTC is not something that can be offered and waste valuable time for both candidate and company.

      Interview process is of 4 rounds. 1) First round is hackerRank Test with around 12 questions and 2 are medium Coding Questions. 2) Technical Interview -1, Here they asked about Java questions, Collection Questions and 2 DSA questions medium Leetcode like Longest String without Repetition. 3) Technical round with Manager, focused Majorly on Hashmap and it's implementation with hashcode and equals method, then one stream Api question to merge 2 arrays in sorted form, Search one Linked list on other. I was answered all Questions in proper way in both Technical rounds and I was expecting offer from them as well. But when I called multiple times to HR, she wasn't picked my calls. Then I write one mail to ask about result and further discussion, she immediately replied that we are not moving forward with you. I asked for feedback, what was the reason, she didn't replied. I don't understand if they don't have to hire candidates, then why they are wasting their time.

      The Interview was a Open walkin on the 28th of August at KPMG,Bengaluru. I reached the Venue 30mins Before the Interview. There was Confusion Throughout the drive. Job Seekers were Running from Pillar to Post to Take Up the 1st Round of Written Test. No proper Planning. They call themselves BIG 4? Is This the Way You Conduct Interviews?? They made us sit in the Pantry for about 2hrs and they Conducted the written test(1st Round) From One Corner to the other.Guess why? They do not have Enough Question Papers Printed for the Drive ! How ridiculous is that !? "BIG 4"? Absolutely Ridiculous. If they are Conducting a Open Walkin ,they why cannot they be prepared for the Process?? After waiting for 3hrs..We were asked to Leave and they had no reason to Explain for the Same. I left the Company Dissapointed,Dejected like hundreds of Other Students. I wasted my valuable Time Investing on this Interview,Paying for parking at KPMG . If KPMG Cannot Handle a Walkin,then pls do not conduct one and waste our time. We are JOB SEEKERS,Not JOB BEGGERS. I attended other drives as well and Now I am working for one of the BIG 4 companies and they are Just the Opposite of KPMG. They treat Everybody Equally ,right from the Employee to a Job Seeker. I will Surely Spread this news among all my Colleagues here and I request my fellow Job Seekers to Expose Companies that Do not Respect a Job Seeker. And Guess what This Experience was shared by me to one of the HR of the current Company(Also BIG 4) and I stated that That is Why my company(The one i got selected in) is better than KPMG.
