I applied online, and was contacted by a member of the global recruiting team soon. Standard recruiter call. After a month of waiting, I emailed them and was passed along to another recruiter. They then scheduled a followup interview with someone on the Digital Lighthouse team. This was mostly a discussion about the projects and technologies I'd worked on. The second interview came a week later and was very similar, but with a few "what is.." technical questions. Nothing hard. The final interview was with a director, and was again more of a talk and discussion about working at KPMG. Everyone I talked to was very kind and open to any questions/ concerns I had about the job.
