I applied for an Audit Associate position at Japanese Practice Department. I first applied for an internship position, but they told me that they want me to work as full-time after the first interview. Send my resume, do first interview, second (and final interview), and get an offer.

Why did I choose KPMG? Why not other big 4 accounting firms (EY, Deloitte, and PwC)?
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

Entretien
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
