The interview was very conversational and the partners were extremely easy to talk to. There were two back-to-back 30 minute interviews. Some questions were directly asked but a lot of the time was just talking about whatever, getting to know each other a little bit better.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
