I interviewed with KPMG for a Finance Manager role through a structured three-step process: initial HR screening, a technical interview focused on controlling and reporting, and a final round with senior leadership discussing strategic finance topics, transformation projects, and team management. The experience was professional, insightful, and aligned with my career goals

Strict and tedious and it was in multiple stages which can really crank you up and it’s all done in one day so you get really tired and after all this you will get an mail from HR after weeks saying they went ahead with someone else as we were overqualified for the position. I mean I understand where they are coming from but this kind of thing really downs your motivation
