first interview was a 40 min phone call with HR. Then a second one with a manager with classic question about background and work experience. and an english test (listening, reading and writing)

Ignoranti. Chiedevano un certo bagaglio di programmazione, per poi dirmi che ciò che ho studiato è obsoleto ed è per questo che non mi prendeva nessuno (chi te lo dice?). Un esempio? Reinforcement Learning è roba passata, loro volevano qualcuno che sapesse usare bene l'AI, a quanto pare non sanno qual è il meccanismo di ChatGPT.
