Standard Graduate process of online form, tests, audio recording then launch pad. The launch pad consisted of a group exercise, written report and partner interview. Process took around 3 weeks to complete from application to launch pad.

Entretien
Firstly I had to complete an application form. Then, I was invited to complete some online tests (numerical reasoning,etc.), then I had a telephone interview, and soon after that I was invited to a half a day long assessment centre and after that I had one more interview.
