GD Process was professional, but the Professionalism in the Personal Interview round was horrible. The interviewee had no technical knowledge still, he was asking technical questions and proving me wrong

Was ok, but no response till now, its been more than 3 weeks, not a rejection mail or an update from recruiter, really frustrating, if you don’t like a candidate, atleast send him a rejection email.

Processo bem simples e com muita objetividade e fácil de condução. Foram 3 etapas antes do resultado final que foi informada via e-mail aos candidatos. Durante todo o processo o RH foi solicitado para sanar todas as dúvidas.

I was called by a third party recruiter. I had a total of 4 phone calls including the interview itself. They were confident in my abilities and I was grateful of that. I provided them scenarios of my past experience. I was called back by the third party to start in September of 2019.
