This was a very long process. 1. I applied for a graduate tax role online 2. completed the online assessment 3. Did a video interview Never heard anything back, until 6 months later where I was head-hunted to fill a R&D position instead of the graduate position. I was then given a face to face interview with a manager and partner both present, was very casual and easy going, a positive experience. Was offered a role 3 days later.
