Entretien
Apply on July 2018. Receive email for online assessment by the end of August 2018. Receive phone interview on October 2018. Group interview on November 2018.
Everything can be easy if you prepare beforehand. Online assessment can be easy if you know the technique to answer it cleverly and have quick thinking. For phone interview, they will ask basic question. Just prepare script/ resume in front of you during phone interview.
As for group interview, have 3 stage
1) Group presentation
Just show yourself on how to work as a team. Although the point you present can be wrong, just help each other.
2) essay
Have 3 question, choose one. I choose topic about my opinion on work life balance.
3) Face to face interview
Can be tough if you dont have good knowledge on accounting standards. As for the basic question, just be yourself and honest.

Difficulty you face during work/ internship and how you solve it
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
