Three rounds of phone interviews and then onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of one job talk and one-one interviews. The job talk lasted for 15 minutes and then QA. After that, each of the three interviewers asked technical questions for 45 minutes.

Ignoranti. Chiedevano un certo bagaglio di programmazione, per poi dirmi che ciò che ho studiato è obsoleto ed è per questo che non mi prendeva nessuno (chi te lo dice?). Un esempio? Reinforcement Learning è roba passata, loro volevano qualcuno che sapesse usare bene l'AI, a quanto pare non sanno qual è il meccanismo di ChatGPT.
