Submitted resume through campus career site, contacted by HR almost one month later; one round phone interview, contacted back after two weeks; then two rounds on-site interview, and got the offer in about two weeks

Questions about OOD concepts, inheritance, difference between Java and C++
onsite interivew
projects; describe any design pattern you know; how to write db query get the third biggest records (if I remember correctly); describe 3NF; behavior questions: what do you do if you find yourself lagging behind the team in progress;
For graduates it is only one round I believe. 30 minute technical, 30 minute behavioral.
This invite was sent to me a couple weeks after I had applied. The call was on teams.

Entretien
It was campus recruit, I was interviewed by three different people from different experience levels (20+ years, 10-years, 5 years in the business). The questions were general interview questions with some detailed technical questions on problem solving and coding. There were no white boarding or live coding questions.
