I applied for the Senior Associate post with KPMG through online process. The recruiter contacted me the very next day. The interview process was smooth and was taken by three senior personnel of the company. The total duration was 1.5 hours. The recruiter made me really comfortable before the interview process. The whole process took less than a weeks' time.

Mostly behavioral questions followed by skills set required for the job.
It contained 3 interviews one with a manager, one with md , and last with a partner.
It was straight forward The interview took about 30 minutes each, and I was able to hear from them the next week of my last interview.

Expect three rounds: manager, director, and HR. Be confident—your skills are validated. Prepare clear, situation-based examples. Show execution and ownership with managers, strategic thinking with directors, and cultural fit, motivation, and communication with HR. Stay structured, calm, and results focused.
On campus interview, after that I was invited to tour the office and interview in office. The interviews were mostly conversation and getting to know me and getting a chance to meet the team.
