It was just a screening call with a recruiter. Common questions like Tell us about yourself, Why KPMG, What are your strengths. The interviewer was very pleasant and calm. The position was no longer available, and she offered to keep looking and applying.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez KPMG (Toronto, ON) en déc. 2020
Entretien
Got a call from the Recruiter for an initial screening and made it to second round with the Hiring Manager. The Recruiter didn't read my resume beforehand and I had to lay out my experience to her. Second round interview questions were standard but did not dive too deep into my experience and technical experience.
Then to decline me, the recruiter decided to call me at 7:50AM on Christmas eve to tell me that "I was inexperienced compared to other candidates and they recommend I apply for something at the Coordinator level." I have over 4 years experience as a coordinator in a field related to the job not including internship and volunteer experience. Absurd since the job only requested 3+ years of work experience and the Recruiter was tried to convince me to reduce my pay range when I initally spoke to her.
Overall, just like any other Big 4. Pushy in trying to to get their way, following their own selfish timeline, and providing lackluster feedback. I'd say I dodged a bullet.
