The interview was conducted in English and focused on my past project experience. You have to be very familiar with all the projects that you have done and everything that is mentioned in your CV.

Question 1
Please share some projects that you have done in the past.
Straightforward process. There was an initial interview with HR, then a Director and then finally the Partner. The partner interview was the easiest. That last part is just a culture fit check
The job interview process went through 3 rounds across different levels down-up, excluding the talent manager. It was brutal but totally worth it. The timing sequence is fairly fast ~ every 2 weeks.
Processo abbastanza lungo e molto focalizzato su parte tecnica e gestione delle risorse junior, cercano figure più di gestione che di effettivo sviluppo e gestione del cliente. Le domande non sono complicate ma bisogna cercare di mostrare più il lato manageriale che tecnico
