The interview process includes an Interview with HR, technical interview with two members of the team, often more senior than you, demo interview. Then if you pass the process it will go into the offer stage.

First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.
