I had applied for the Kpit selection from our college campus in November 2019
(You will have an advantage if you're doing a project related to Kpit Sparkle contest)
Firstly the representatives from the company came and briefed us about the working culture,salary etc.
Then first round was taken which consisted of 4 sections- general aptitude, reasoning, programming knowledge and technical knowledge
they were of medium difficulty and programming was a bit difficult for me since i belonged to non IT branch(mechanical)
all these tests were to be given from home with a laptop by switching on the camera until test gets over
After clearing this round there was only a single round of 5 Programming questions of difficult category which again has to be taken from laptop, the cutoff was 3/5
After clearing it we were given a email for interview,for residents of Pune they have to report to head office and for other states the interview will be conducted on Webex meeting
the interview started sharp at 10am and went on for 1 hour, its just like a skype interview so dress well bcoz interviewer can see you

They were asking Graph and Trees problems for a 4 LPA role which is They were asking advanced Graph and Tree problems for a 4 LPA role, which felt excessive given the compensation and experience level expected. Misaligned expectations waste everyone’s time.

They conducted aptitude, english and coding test and then technical round and then Hr round. Aptitude has some set of questions and in english round they alse d me to write a passage and in Technical round they asked me some questions related to the electronics what I studied during college days

It started with a test on cocubes platform and few people were shortlisted from this round. Then there was an interview. After this the students were selected for joining the company.
