A Series of Questions to understand your nature, attitude and Safety Thoughts. Psychology test with a series of jumbled questions.I am not aware how they got my resume and details. I think they mostly use LinkedIn and other sources for recruitment. They are not using traditional methods of hiring. HR is only having access to your Resume, HR finds the candidates, Manager are assigned with Specific Questions, Branch Manager Interviews the Candidates, Assistant Manager Observes, If HR decision and Managers decision matches. Job Offers are given.
had 3 rounds of interview written techical and hr, can be cleared with through preparation easily . questions asked were easy to moderate in level and are focused on past experiences and domain knowledge.

Had 2 interviews, one with HR where I was asked common questions about the nature of my job I currently work at
and one with the sales manager of the division.

Online process by video taping yourself in three videos (3-4) mins each, talking about educational background and working experience, a challenge you faced and what you did, and the last video was answering “what make you wanna start your career in sales?”
