J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez KONE (Singapour) en août 2025
Entretien
The process felt more like a series of casual chats to “get to know each other,” but it ended up being quite lengthy:
- 1× online HR interview — where I was told the Sales Manager may decide in the next interview or leave it to the Sales Director
- 1× online personality test
- 1× Sales Manager in‑person interview — where I was told the next round should be final
- 1× Sales Director in‑person interview — where I was told I would need to meet the CEO
- 1× CEO online interview (which didn’t happen — the HR Director stepped in for ~40 minutes and said they’d need to reschedule with the CEO, but that eventually didn’t happen)
For an individual contributor Sales Manager role, I felt this was kind of excessive. The speaking experience with all of them was fine, but I would recommend streamlining the overall interview process. It’s also not easy for candidates to schedule multiple rounds while managing commitments in their current job. Unless the company is hiring for an outperformer program or a management trainee role — where candidates may be fresh graduates with more time to engage in extended rounds — a leaner process would be more appropriate.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez KONE en oct. 2007
Entretien
KONE came to my university to recruit for a sales positon. The Interview took place over 5 days and consisted of first a phone interview and then a face to face interview. The phone interview was more generic of just conformation of what the person already knew. The face to face interview was more indepth open ended questions.
