I had applied online and within two days the recruitment team reached out. It felt more like a discussion than a rigid interview. Discussed the company, the role, what the hiring process was like and the values Really impressed with the information that was given to me and the growth opportunities internally with the inhouse coaches. I didn't have enough experience for what they are looking for but the recruiter was very transparent which I liked and give me good feedback. They are going to be increasing head count over the next 2 - 3 years. I will most certainly be keeping an eye out in the future and try apply again.
