My phone screening was with a recruiter from this company, who I found to be incredibly combative, sounded rushed, and repeatedly cut me off while answering questions, and did not seem to have bothered to review my résumé prior to giving me a call -- as evidenced by asking numerous questions that were clearly explained in text. This not only wastes her time, but also the recruitment company's, KMP's client's time and mine. After asking her if she'd read the document that she requested - in a different format, by the way - she said, "you know, this ain't gonna work," and proceeded to end the call. Poor attitude. If the recruiter has little to no regard for the applicant, this could be very telling of the type of work environment one might be walking into. Based on this interview experience, I am unlikely to apply for roles through this recruiting agency.
