Entretien
A well oiled machine, very personal and very constructive. First you are asked to do an assesment. Right after the assesment you do an interview. If you are selected after the interview you will do an role-play, presentation and personality test. Then there is one final round in whihc you will do interviews and meet managers high up in the organization. They are looking for strong personalities that can manage all kinds of teams within the organization.

Assestment, online interview, in persoon interview, selectie dag, allemaal erg pittig dus goed voorbereiden, heel erg gericht op leiderschap, actie ondernemen en direct zijn. Ze vragen erg door hoe en wat en waarom, een fout antwoord kan er op leiden dat je uitvalt

Entretien
It was a long traject. First you have to make some tests. Than there is a job interview. After that interview, you will be invited to an assesment day. On the day of assesment you there will be a lot of different tasks you need to do.
