Congrats, you finally found a MDE interview review. Anyways. First interview was through phone calls with the HR. If you're a malaysian, HR will call you and asked if you are interested in the Malaysia branch and if you are not, HR will call back again and schedule an online interview 3 days after the first call. (That is if the hiring manager still wants to proceed with you). Online interview lasted for 1 hour. Hiring manager and supervisor will be in the interview with you. Ask you about your current job. Asked questions regarding your resume such as "give me an example of you solving a problem". In-depth current job scope to test if you know your stuff. The supervisor will tell you his experience on your current job field and ask if it's the same as yours after asking you to explain your current job scope. Example: "Based on my experience, the manufacturing team will do this and do that, is it the same as yours? Or maybe it is difference because you are manufacturing different things." Overall it was okay. They were very approachable and the supervisor was super talkative. They mentioned that the hiring process will last for 2 months and if I still don't hear back from them, its most probably because I'm not shortlisted. However, its been 3 weeks and I don't think I will get any news back from them.

On Site interview with two managers and HR. HR asks basic questions like salary, visa, start date. One manager for character and attitude and another manager for resume questions. No technical questions asked, however they expect technical answers.
