1st round interview with program manager and technical manager. They asked based on the resume. Will have some further discussion. A brief introduction of this team and goal. 2nd round with department head. A senior guy with high-level expectations. He asked the background, expectations, career path plan, reason of change etc.

Still ongoing. My application status has been pending for a month after the phone screening interview. I had a good phone screening with the recruiter. Mostly aligning our agreement on my starting date, comfortable with travel, and salary range.
