Interview process was really good ; I was a local candidate so they called me for on-site. Usually people in panel would be team you are going to work with;( don't get surprised if guy taking you interview is way younger that you). Interview was average asking about current/past work and project. I was rejected saying I dint have enough experience which contraindicated words from hiring manager whom I met on-site; she told me they are looking for entry level candidate(I have 5+yr of experience in control systems). Thanks to my LinkedIn skills I found out guy who was hired is fresh out of the school graduate . Plus management needs to understand people who are looking to switch firms withing 3 years are not always job hoppers its possible that they are at wrong place and looking to find right one
