Entretien
The HR department will directly call to inquire about some basic information, such as your current status, reasons for leaving your previous job, and why you are interested in joining. They will also confirm the next online interview schedule over the phone. The first interview will be a video interview, divided into two parts. The first part will be conducted by two individuals from the same department and position to gain a more detailed understanding of your resume. There will also be a brief case analysis during this part, taking approximately one hour in total. The second part, which lasts about fifteen minutes, will be conducted by the same HR representative to introduce the company benefits and gather information about your salary expectations.
