I was highly inspired behind the story of Kitri and their clothing. In 2018 I interviewed for the distribution role and was told I was over qualified which was fine and understandable. I really enjoyed meeting with the investor of the company and the warehouse manager as it was quite a conversational, casual interview. I had never come out of an interview feeling really inspired by the success of a young company. Therefore at the beginning of 2019 I emailed to see if there were any Account Manager roles and about 5 months later I got a response from the co founder to meet and talk about a role ge had not defined yet. I took the day off of work to do so and did all my research in depth. As usual, I was asked about my experiences in the industry and as an Account Manager. After the meeting which I felt went really positive, I was told that he would have the job spec sent over within a week. I then sent a follow up email a week later and got no response...this was over 4 months ago. This company is really not worth the time and I am really disappointed especially since I put in so much of my time and effort and they have just ignored me. It is really not worth your time and they are not as humble as you would think, as I can imagine they're the kind of company who don't care about their employees.
