We apologize for the frustration caused by the extended interview process and lack of communication. Our goal is to thoroughly assess each candidate's fit for the role and the team, which sometimes requires multiple rounds of interviews. It is surprising that you did not receive any follow-up communications after your interviews. This is not in line with our standards, and we will evaluate why that might have been missed.
