I applied to this job and got a request for a video interview. There were a set of questions asked (you don't get to know what they are beforehand) and you have a few takes to record your answers and submit. There was even a short portion where you had to read an article from their newsletter and summarize it in a blog/shorthand post. I put a lot of time and thought into this and felt disappointed that I didn't even get a reply or acknowledgement of my submission. The questionnaire asked for current salary and requirements, which I added. A salary range was not posted at the time I applied for the job but afterwards, I saw the same position posted with a much lower salary range. If I knew that in the first place, I would not waste my time on this organization.
