I had a brief phone interview and then was asked to come in for a full day to teach a mini lesson, have a panel interview, and complete observations. On the day of the interview, I gave a 20 minute lesson and then had a debrief with the administration. Many of the questions from administration were based on how I dealt with authority and accepting feedback and did not touch on my teaching style or who I was as an individual.

The interviewee asked a lot of questions about diversity as well as classroom malmanagement. They also had Asked about previous experience as well, student teaching and any other jobs you have had.
The interview was done over zoom which was simple process and made the interview more relaxed. Answered all of my questions, I was told I would hear back shortly but never did.

The woman who was contacting me was great and helpful. Also very kind and made me feel very comfortable. They had a set timeline but I didn’t hear back in that time until I reached back out.
